Veg Haka Noodles

A simple recipe for veg Haka Noodles

Ingredients

For Chili Oil
  1. 1/4 cup oil
  2. 5 crushed Kashmiri Chili
For the Noodles
  1. 2 Cups Boiled Noodles
  2. 2 tbsp oil
  3. 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  4. 2 tsp finely chopped garlic
  5. 2 to 3 kashmiri chili
  6. 1/2 cup carrot Juliennes
  7. 1/4 cup shredded cabbage
  8. 1/2 cup thinly sliced capsicum
  9. 1 tsp soy sauce
  10. pinch of black pepper
  11. salt to taste
Directions
For Chilly Oil
  1. Heat the oil till it smokes 
  2. shut the heat and add the broken kashmiri pepper. cover it and let it rest for 5 minutes
  3. filter the oil and keep it aside
For the Noodles
  1. Heat the oil in the wok on high heat. add the spring onions and garlic and cook for 30 seconds
  2. Add the carrots, cabbage and capsicum and saute on high heat for 2-3 minutes
  3. Add the noodles, soya sauce and salt to taste and mix well. cook on high heat for 2  minutes
  4. Add the pepper and serve hot
