Home made Alfredo Sauce
Alfredo sauce and Pasta
Alfredo is a cream cheesy sauce loved by people who like italian sauce.
Here is a home made one
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup melted butter (unsalted preferable)
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Direction
First take the butter and melt it on medium flame
Add the garlic and let it cook sor a minuteTo the melted butter add the heavy cream slowly. Please make sure that you stir continuouslyOnce the cream and butter have blended properly then shut the flame. Add the cheese , parsley, salt and pepper and mix till all the cheese blends in.
The sauce is ready to pour over any pasta. If interested then you can add peas with the pasta. Preferred pasta is Fettuccini but as you i used Penne that day. You can also add trufle oil from top.
